Great Meetings! Inc. is putting the finishing touches on a video/DVD that gives demonstrations of a poor meeting and a great meeting in five segments.  It contains examples of the authors modeling an assessment with a client prior to a meeting with both a good version and a disastrous version.  There are demonstrations of various tools for generating and evaluating ideas in a group and methods for intervening in difficult situations.

The video/DVD is useful for training situations and for any reader of the book by letting you see it in action.   There are lots of learning opportunities in identifying what is going wrong in the bad examples and what makes a difference in the good ones.  If you can't visualize the use of a tool from the text in the book, the video/DVD will show you how it can be used.
